Telehealth

I love seeing clients in-person, but that isn't a model that works for every client or under every circumstance anymore. I have had the privilege of offering telehealth sessions for a number of years now, and I have found it to be such a rich and fruitful alternative when in-person sessions are just not feasible or convenient. Plus, I can't begin to describe how rewarding it has been to reach those who may have significant distance or transportation barriers to receiving therapy.

Telehealth allows me to provide psychotherapy to clients throughout the state of Colorado via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer, tablet, or smartphone and a reasonable internet connection. If this seems like a service you are interested in, I am happy to talk about how it works, and to provide guidance on location, privacy, and technology considerations.

**For those seeking online therapy from outside Colorado, I am a Psypact-approved provider. PsyPact is an interjurisdictional psychology practice agreement that many US states have signed up for.  That means I am authorized to provide real, licensed (client-protective), psychotherapeutic services to clients from any states that have chosen to join PsyPact. Please visit psypact.gov to see if your state has joined to list.
