Adult Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process of self-exploration through working one-on-one with a therapist, a psychologist in my case. When we work together, I can help you identify the tools to face your challenges and manage roadblocks that get in the way of seeing yourself as whole, valid, and valuable.

I provide therapy that is theoretically eclectic and flexible, and based on your needs and current circumstances, but our therapeutic relationship, along with identification of your strengths and unique gifts are the keystones of my practice. Some of the issues I see frequently include anxiety and depression, adult ADHD, past or present trauma, grief, and significant life changes.

*I see adults of all ages, but I do want to make a special note of my friends in the "I'm not old, am I?" groups. The empty-nesters, the "midlife crisis?" surfers, and the members of the ever-growing sandwich generation. They didn't warn us about the changes aging brings, and it can be tough to navigate. If this is you, let's talk!
