Rates
$175.00 per 50 minute session
Services requested outside of a session (such as form completion, community consultations, etc.) will be charged at 15-minute increments and need to be agreed upon before being rendered.
When I am able, I offer reduced-fee sessions, based on availability. Priority for these sessions are given to members of the creative and performing arts community, educators, and gifted children from under-served communities.
*At this time, my reduced rate availability is full. I am happy to provide referrals upon request.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance payments at this time. I am happy to provide an itemized listing of services and dates (a “superbill”) for clients to submit on their own to their insurance provider or health savings account administrator. Doing so does not guarantee what, if any, rate of reimbursement may be received.
*I suggest prospective clients contact their insurance provider to check into their insurance coverage, whether they plan on using it or not, so they can make a more informed decision upon starting therapy.
I am not in the Medicaid or Medicare systems- if you are in need of a provider that can accept one of these programs I am happy to help you with a referral.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment (I primarily use IvyPay for credit card payments).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Requests for exceptions to this policy will be discussed during our initial meeting.
